Our online shop and business services 

When you use our online shop, we process the information necessary to handle your order, payment and delivery. We also use Odoo as a cloud-based ERP and CRM system to manage business processes and customer relationships. 

Newsletter 

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send you information about our company, services and industry-related news. Where consent is required, we use a double opt-in process. 

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. 

Social media 

We maintain company profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. When you interact with these profiles, information may be processed by us and by the respective platform provider. The platforms may also process data under their own responsibility. 

Who receives your data? 

Where necessary, we work with service providers such as hosting, IT, communication, payment and shipping providers. Where providers process personal data on our behalf, we require appropriate contractual safeguards. 

Personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA only where the applicable requirements of the GDPR are met. 

How long do we keep your data? 

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Where statutory retention periods apply, we retain the data for the required period.
