ProfEC Ventus Calibration Laboratory has been awarded by DAkkS on the extension of its accreditation scope under ISO / IEC 17025, now including electrical and frequency measurands, further strengthening its accredited calibration capabilities for data logger calibrations.
The extension covers measurement quantities within our permanent calibration laboratory:
- DC voltage: 0 V to 30 V
- DC current: 0 mA to 50 mA
- Frequency: 1 Hz to 15 kHz
The approved calibration scope defines the applicable measurement ranges, procedures and expanded measurement uncertainties, supporting reliable and traceable calibration results. ProfEC Ventus is entitled to perform accredited calibration services and issue calibration certificates within the newly approved scope, in particular applicable to the calibration of data loggers and multimeters.
The accreditation through DAkkS, being ilac-MRA member, warrants that all ProfEC Ventus ISO 17025 calibrations are recognised and accepted at a global scale, fulfilling IEC norms, MEASNET recommendations and FGW guidelines.
